Is it possible to reserve a car?

Yes! We can reserve a car for up to 14 days if necessary. For reserving a car contact MyBee team via e-mail at info@mybee.ee or call +3726601900 during working days from 8 am to 6 pm.

How can I subscribe to a MyBee?

Accepted Answer

It is very simple to start a MyBee subscription! If you’d like to subscribe to a car as a private person, simply: Choose your preferred model and subscription terms – the duration, initial subscription payment, mileage, and service plan (“Standard” or “Premium”);
– Create a MyBee account or log in if you already have one;
– Upload your driving licence;
– Sign the contract;
– Add your payment card and make the first payment. If you're looking for a MyBee subscription for business use, just fill in the form on our business page and the MyBee team will get in touch with you.

Can legal entities subscribe to MyBee?

Accepted Answer

Simply fill in the form in the “Business” section and the MyBee team will get in touch with you. Once we agree on a suitable car and subscription terms, all that’s left is to create your MyBee business account, sign the contract, and make the first payment.

Question 4

Can I subscribe to a MyBee if I have previous financial obligations, and should I need a good credit history?

Accepted Answer

MyBee does not check a customer’s credit history and credit obligations but reserves the right not to provide the service to a customer.

Is a driving license issued outside the country valid?

Accepted Answer

You can subscribe to a MyBee car if you hold a driving licence issued in Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia – the countries where our services are available.
If your licence was issued in another country, get in touch with us and we’ll assess the possibility on an individual basis.

Question 6

Is it possible to terminate a subscription contract before the time specified in the contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In that case: – The subscription fee will be recalculated based on the actual usage period (the shorter the period, the higher the monthly fee), and you’ll need to cover the resulting price difference;

Question 7

Can I change MyBee’s model during the subscription period?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you’d like to switch to a new car, your current contract must first be terminated according to the terms set out in the agreement. A new contract will then be created for the vehicle you choose. To arrange a vehicle swap, please contact us by email at  info@mybee.ee or by phone on +372 660 1900.

Can I buy a MyBee car before the end of the subscription period?

If you're considering the option to buy your subscribed car at the end of the subscription period, let us know by email at info@mybee.lt. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you the proposed sale price and other relevant terms.

How can I unlock a subscribed MyBee car?

Accepted Answer

To unlock your car for the first time, follow these steps: 1. Log in to your MyBee account. 2. Select “My Subscriptions” from the menu bar. 3. Click “Unlock”. After unlocking MyBee through the website for the first time, use the car key for your daily journeys – you’ll find it inside the car.

Question 10

Who is responsible for refuelling your new MyBee car? How much fuel is in the car once I pick it up?

Accepted Answer

You are responsible for refuelling. When you pick up MyBee, it will be filled with the standard amount of fuel sufficient for transportation. We recommend that you check the fuel level and fuel up after picking up the car.

Question 11

I have exceeded or will exceed the set subscription mileage. What can I do?

Accepted Answer

If you see that you're about to exceed the mileage limit set for your subscription period, it's best not to wait – increase your mileage in advance. Drop us an email at sales@mybee.lt – we’ll advise you on how many additional kilometres you may need to purchase and send you a contract amendment offer. If the mileage limit isn’t increased, an excess mileage fee of €0.15/km will apply when returning the car.

Question 12

I am unable to pay the initial subscription payment even though the card balance is sufficient. What should I do?

Please check whether your payment card has a transaction limit. You can manage this limit by logging in to your bank account.

Can I use alternative payment methods for subscription aside from paying with a card?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it’s possible to make a payment by bank transfer.

Question 14

How should I return MyBee at the end of the subscription period?

Accepted Answer

At the end of your subscription term, you'll be able to return the car to a location specified by MyBee – we'll notify you about this in advance by email. During the return process, the car will be inspected and documents will be signed. Your presence at the inspection is required.

Question 15

What happens if my subscribed MyBee car has defects at the end of the subscription period?

Accepted Answer

If the car has any damage beyond normal wear and tear, you’ll be responsible for covering the repair costs.
However, for each incident, you’ll pay no more than the deduction (liability) limit specified in your subscription agreement.

Question 16

If I subscribe to a MyBee car, can I park it in the city free of charge?

Accepted Answer

The MyBee customer is responsible for paying parking fees in paid parking zones.

Question 17

Can I affix extra stickers to the subscribed MyBee car if needed?

Accepted Answer

To affix additional stickers or attributes onto a MyBee car, you must obtain consent from MyBee. Please send your request to info@mybee.ee. The consent price is €30. When returning the MyBee car at the end of the subscription period, all stickers must be removed, and the car must be free of any adhesive residue or marks (except for the official MyBee stickers).

Can I travel abroad with subscribed MyBee car?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can – but before travelling abroad, you must inform the MyBee team by email at info@mybee.ee at least 3 working days before leaving Estonia. This allows us to send you the necessary documents to ensure a smooth trip. If you're planning to travel outside the European Union, an additional written permit is required, which costs €30. For travel beyond the EU, you must also specify your destination and travel dates. You’ll need to have the following documents with you during your trip:
– the vehicle registration certificate;
– technical inspection document (green card)
– the compulsory insurance policy.

What system is built into subscribed MyBee cars, and why?

Accepted Answer

MyBee cars have a built-in telemetry system to ensure for yourself pick up and to enable you to unlock the car via your account on MyBee website.

Question 20

Can I remove the MyBee stickers from the car?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the sticker can be removed, but the customer is responsible for ensuring that the sticker is removed professionally without leaving any adhesive residue.

Question 21

Can another person (family member, employee, etc.) drive my subscribed MyBee car?

Accepted Answer

Yes, other people with a valid driving licence are allowed to drive the car. Please note that MyBee vehicles may not be used to teach someone to drive if they don’t hold a valid licence. Renting out the subscribed vehicle is also not permitted.
