With MyBee, you won’t need to worry about your car’s regular maintenance – such as oil or fluid changes. When the time comes, we’ll remind you to visit one of our partner service centres. All you have to do is turn up at a convenient time – we’ll cover technical maintenance costs.
With MyBee, you won’t need to worry about replacing parts that naturally wear out – like brake pads, discs, wipers, lighting components, and more.
Noticed something isn’t working quite right? Just let us know – we’ll take care of the repair or replacement. The cost of replacing all wear-and-tear components is already included in your subscription.

Had an accident? MyBee will handle the claims process for you.
How does it work?
– As soon as you report the incident, we take over the entire claims process. You won’t need to deal with the insurance company or the repair shop, worry about costs, or look for a place to fix the car. Just let us know about the accident in one working day, and we’ll take care of the rest.
– If the accident wasn’t your fault and you followed the road rules and MyBee terms of service, the repair won’t cost. If you were at fault, a financial liability will apply.
– If needed, we’ll provide a replacement vehicle or a voucher for alternative mobility services so you can continue your journey.

If your vehicle breaks down or you’re involved in an accident, MyBee provides roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service includes:
– Fuel delivery if you run out;
– Tyre change or help with a flat tyre;
– Jump-starting the car if the battery is dead;
– Towing to a service centre if the car can’t be repaired on the spot;
– Other roadside support you may need.
Assistance is available 24/7 throughout the geographic territory of Europe, excluding Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine.
